If you’ve been reading my blog for any length of time, you can probably tell that one of our favorite parts of visiting Disney World is the food! 😂😂 Walt Disney World really has some amazing food offerings—from quirky quick-service spots to upscale character dining and everything in between. But one thing I tend to neglect to mention on my blog often is snacks. Usually a cheaper option and often times shareable, Disney snacks are the best! Over the next few weeks, I’ll share our top 5 snacks from each Disney World park—starting today with 5 Magic Kingdom snacks we have to get every time we visit.

Cheeseburger Spring Rolls

These have a huge hype following, and they deserve it!! You can find these at the spring roll cart right outside the entrance to Adventureland in Magic Kingdom. And they’re absolutely worth waiting in line for! The menu here sometimes changes, but they almost always have cheeseburger spring rolls. When we visited in January 2022, they had cheeseburger and 50th Anniversary spring rolls, which were pastrami and pepper jack cheese served with a mustard dipping sauce. They’ve also offered pepperoni pizza spring rolls and rueben spring rolls in the past. You can get two of one kind or one of each for $9.50.

These make such a good savory snack or light lunch on a busy park day! We’ll often get these and a Mickey pretzels to share on the hub grass with a view of the castle—the best. 😊

Mickey Pretzels

Speaking of Mickey pretzels, I can never close out a Magic Kingdom day without getting one of these classic snacks! For some reason, I don’t get these as much as other parks, just Magic Kingdom. And I am team fake-cheese cup all the way! The only way to enjoy a soft pretzel in my opinion.

You can find Mickey-shaped soft pretzels at carts all over the park, particularly around the hub where the castle is in the center of the park. We also like to get them at The Lunching Pad when we are in Tomorrowland (this location serves cream cheese stuffed pretzels, too, which are amazing!). They’re $7.19 and they come with the cheese sauce cup.

Gaston’s Tavern Cinnamon Roll

When you’re ready for something sweet, head to the back of Fantasyland and find Gaston’s Tavern. The cinnamon roll here is gigantic, served warm, and so delicious. My top tip for this one is to ask for extra icing!! It doesn’t cost any extra (this might be subject to change, but we’ve never been charged extra for extra icing), and it makes alllll the difference!

This snack is such a great value too, at $6.79, because it’s definitely sharable for 2–3 people. The LeFou’s Brew drink here is worth trying, too!

Cheshire Cat Tail

This is such a sleeper hit! I actually had never had it until our most recent trip, but now I know I will want it every time I visit Magic Kingdom. This is a simple chocolate pastry drizzled with Cheshire Cat inspired icing—sweet but not too heavy on a hot day, simple and delicious! This would also make a great breakfast, AND Cheshire Cafe also serves Joffrey’s hot coffee and cold brew. So if the lines at Main Street Bakery and Joffrey’s Revive kiosk in Tomorrowland are miles long, head here instead! The cat tail pastry is $5.79, and could definitely be shared depending on how hungry you are. (A cold brew is $4.29.) You’ll find Cheshire Cafe just inside Fantasyland on the castle-side of the teacup ride. 😊

Dole Whip

And finally, I cannot leave Magic Kingdom without getting a Dole Whip!! This Disney snack is iconic for good reason. It’s dairy-free soft serve, and the classic flavor is pineapple, but now they offer all sorts of flavors including vanilla, coconut, raspberry, mango, lime, and more. You can find Dole Whip at a few places around Walt Disney World, but the most common is going to be Aloha Isle in Adventureland (just behind the Magic Carpet ride). The menu here may change from time to time as they rotate flavors and speciality-themed floats and sundaes, but they’ll always serve the classics like pineapple-vanilla swirl (my fave!), floats with pineapple juice, and Dole Whip over pineapple upside down cake.

Nothing hits the spot like Dole Whip on a super hot park day, trust me! A regular Dole Whip cup is $5.99.
